REFUND POLICY

All sales and transactions are final. Pennsylvania Smoke-Free Association membership allows the user to cancel the service but there are no refunds applicable to previous monthly payments. Members have the right to cancel at any time, but must be aware of our policy prior to applying for membership. Members also have the right to renew their memberships for the following year, if they have canceled and would like to rejoin Pennsylvania Smoke-Free Association. However, if the user cancels the service before it renews the following month, access to the service ends at the end of the month.
